About Us

Will-Excel Global Inc. is a diversified and flexible provider of consulting and training services. We blend our expertise in Chinese and Western markets with the services offered by our Business Services, Globalization Services, Language Education, and Will-Excel TESOL departments to provide an unparalleled full range of services.

Our Western and Chinese staff offer the direct knowledge and experience needed to navigate different customs, cultures and markets so that our clients can achieve their goals.

Our History

In 1992, our company was founded, in Canada, as Summit Investments and nationally incorporated in 1999. With the incorporation, our name was changed to Will-Excel Global Inc., to reflect our increasingly global nature.

Since 1994, a large part of our business has been focused on China. Over this time, we have developed a wide range of business, individual consulting and training services.

Our Chinese head office is in the north-eastern city of Harbin and has become our functional headquarters.

In 2004, we formed a strategic partnership with Harbin Sunshine International Language Center, which now has 3 branch locations.
